Our one-bedroom, one-bathroom remodeled condo is the best value with a perfect location. Kahana Manor is located in Kapalua Bay between Napili – Honokowai and Kaanapali - one of the most popular areas in West Maui. Kahana Manor is conveniently located across the road from the ocean, only a short walk to soft, sandy, quiet beaches, dining, and shopping. It's the ideal location for exploring the island of Maui. You have everything you need (most within walking distance) to create memories of a lifetime!
The ground floor of the complex is retail offering many local favorites. Enjoy Dollies Pizza pub or the best sushi on the island at Miso Phat Sushi. There is also a convenience store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant and Maui Brewing Company are a short 3-minute walk. Boss Frog's snorkel/beach gear rental shop is downstairs, making it easy to book surf lessons, ziplining, guided fishing, and many more adventures. They also rent snorkel gear so you can head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and beautiful tropical fish!

You can also access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and buses operate every hour! If you decide to rent a car, no worries about parking as you will have a free assigned parking space.
Kahana Beach is the quintessential Maui beach with soft, white sand, it’s not too rocky and just the right amount of peaceful. It is easily accessed by a short walk from your condo. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling.

-The lanai faces the highway, so there can be road noises. The garbage truck comes to the parking area once a day and can make noises too.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
