Important Notes

• A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival and released after checkout inspection.
• We provide starter supplies only: dish pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests may need additional items during their stay.
• No check-ins / check-outs on major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving).
