Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. The unit sleeps up to five guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle. Two ensuite bathrooms provide added convenience. Please note: the refrigerator’s ice maker is occasionally non-operational—ice trays are available. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

Our condo backs up to Waipuilani Park, a wide, grassy oceanfront space perfect for tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, or morning yoga. Enjoy watching paddleboarders and walkers in the calm early hours, or catch thrilling views of kiteboarders and windsurfers in the afternoon. Whale sightings are common during the season!

Please Note:

A $300 security deposit (credit card hold) is required 2 days before check-in and released after a successful post-stay inspection.

Our standard check-in is at 4 PM; check-out is at 11 AM.

Early/late check-in or check-out is available upon request and approval (min. 3 days in advance) at $40/hr.

Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to the following fees: $250 (15 min late), $500 (30 min), $1,000 (45+ min).

No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on major U.S. holidays.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
