Paki Maui is an oceanfront complex located on the West side of Maui between the Famous Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas. Enjoy convenient access to panoramic views of Molokai and Lanai. Walk through the tropical grounds of Paki Maui where native tropical plants grow and listen to the sound of waterfalls splashing into ponds. Relax in the outdoor pool or take a nap under the coconut trees.
Paki Maui is just a short drive to Lahaina town and Front Street, award-winning dining and entertainment at Whaler’s Village in Ka’anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.
Paki Maui offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and picnic areas. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. You also have access to complimentary WiFi.
Our villa is an interior unit, facing the garden atrium's soothing waterfall, this resort is a perfect place to relax and make new friends. It is close to Kaanapali Beach and within walking distance to restaurants, a food truck court, a snorkel rental, a grocery store, an ABC store, shopping and more!
The living room is beautifully furnished with tropical island décor, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, and cable TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and recently upgraded. You have access to cookware, utensils, dishware and more. There is an indoor dining table with seating for two and another side table to seat additional two guests.
The lanai features a garden view and an outdoor dining table with seating for two.
The master suite features a queen size bed, portable AC unit, and ceiling fan.
The bathroom is full-sized with a recently upgraded vanity.
The complex has a coin-operated laundry facility for washer and dryer access.
Please note that this resort does not have central AC. With the portable unit, significant ocean cross breezes, and two high-speed ceiling fans, the unit stays comfortable.

The Maui shoreline is the ideal place to observe our beautiful Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles which were declared an endangered species in 1978. Viewing these graceful turtles is a memory not soon forgotten.
The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. A rental agreement is required to be signed upon booking. If you wish to see the contract prior to booking, message us and we'll be happy to send it.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
